Nécrologie de Claire Belland

Mother passed away quietly, as she lived, on July 26, 2016 at Shawville Long Term Care with family by her side, at the age of 92. She was predeceased by her husband Rolland, daughter Yolande and son Robby. Left to mourn are sons Garry, Basil, Wayne and daughters Shereen, Pauline, Linda, Brenda and Tina and grand-daughter Penny. Also left to mourn are her brother Carl and sisters Joan Mansell and Glenda Duff. Nanny was the grandmother of 19 and great-grandmother of 20 children. It was difficult to see mom disappear in front of us. Dementia TOOK her body and TOOK her mind but could never take her heart! Friends may call at Hayes Funeral Home, 134 Centre Street, Shawville, Quebec on Friday, July 29, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral will be held in St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, Campbell’s Bay, Quebec on Saturday, July 30 at 10:00 a.m. Donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada www.alzheimer.ca would be appreciated.
