CHARTRAND, Neil Joseph - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Neil on Monday, July 25, 2016. He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Aline Lance and his beautiful children Chanel (Philippe Lauzon) and Ryan (Emma Leppan) and grandchild Nicolas as well as many relatives and friends. A service will be held on Monday, August 1, 2016 at 11 a.m. in St. Alphonsus Church, Chapeau, Quebec, J0X 1M0. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation. He will be dearly missed.
