Passed away peacefully in Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at the age of 97 years. Loving husband of Mona Malette. Dear father of Diane (Earl Ricard), Linda (David Schinkel), Leonard & Eric (Beverly). Predeceased by his children Paulette Smith (Willard) and Roger as well as 14 brothers and sisters. Cherished grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Funeral mass will be celebrated in St. James the Greater Church, Portage du Fort, Quebec on Friday, September 25, 2015 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in the parish cemetery. Donations to charity of your choice would be appreciated.
