Nécrologie de Kathleen Desjardins (nee Anderson)

It's with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kathleen Frances Desjardins (nee Anderson). Kay passed away on the afternoon of Tuesday, November 28^th 2023 after a brief illness. Her final moments were spent peacefully, surrounded by her daughters at the Ottawa General Hospital.

Dear wife of the late Clifford Desjardins. Loving mother of Ruby (Luke), Tammy, Shannon (Matt) and Katie (Mike). Kay's legacy also lives on in her beloved grandchildren; Christopher, Jacob, Nicholas, Skylar, Noah, Nevaeh, Faith, Seth, Joshua and her nieces; Wendy, Debbie and Barbara. She is predeceased by her parents Ruby and Lloyd Anderson, her sisters Barbara and Joan and her brother Lyle. Kay will be missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral Service will be conducted on Thursday, December 14, 2023 in the chapel of the Hayes Funeral Home, 134 Centre Street, Shawville, Quebec at 1 p.m.

Very special thanks to the staff at the Ottawa General Hospital in Ottawa.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Ottawa Heart Institute would be greatly appreciated.
