Passed away in hospital surrounded by her family on Sunday, November 26, 2023 at the age of 67. Daughter of the late Leo Lacroix and the late Marjorie Mason. Beloved wife of Rae Whelen. Devoted and adored mother of Kimberly (James Kibbee). Loving grandmother of Owen and Josh. Dear sister of Keith Pasch and Barbara Lacroix. Predeceased by her siblings: Tommy Pasch and Shirley Ann Smith. Debbie will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be taking place in the spring of 2024 at the Radford United Cemetery, Radford, Quebec. Donations to the charity of your choice would be gratefully appreciated.
