May 23, 1950 – September 24, 2023

In hospital, Shawville, Quebec on September 24, 2023 at the age of 73 years.  Survived by his wife of 43 years, Pamela Kluke, daughter Melissa (Nick Slack) and son Wade.  Loving grandfather of Oakley Slack.  Son of the late Clemence Miller and Vera Sparling.  He is survived by sisters Phyllis (Gerald), Sandra and Laurie (John) as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  He will be missed by his special uncle, Gilbert Sparling. 

Friends may call at Hayes Funeral Home, 134 Centre Street, Shawville, Quebec on Thursday, September 28, 2023 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m.   Funeral Service will take place in St. James Anglican Church, Otter Lake, Quebec on Friday, September 29 at 10 a.m. followed by interment in parish cemetery.  Donations to St. James Anglican Cemetery Fund would be appreciated.
