Nécrologie de Rev. Leonard Ballard

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Reverend Leonard Ballard. He passed from this life on April 21, 2020 at the age of 78 years. Son of the late Christina and Hedley Ballard. He left in the arms of his loving wife Madeline into the arms of Jesus. He leaves behind his son Dwight (Tammy) of Calgary, Alberta and his daughter Daphne of Ottawa, Ontario. He leaves behind his cherished grandchildren Ashley, Holli, Shane, Teagan, Shay, Wyatt and great grandson, Jacob. He is survived by his siblings Mae of Las Vegas, Thelma (Al) of Niagara Falls, James of Pembroke, Nanc y (David) of NB, Eloise of NB, Sandra (Slim) of NB and Terry of AB. Predeceased by sister Norma and brothers Eugene and Wendall. Leonard was born and raised in New Brunswick and although he spent most of his life in Quebec he was always a Maritimer at heart. He dedicated his life to the ministry. Leonard’s sense of humour and outgoing personality made him loved by many he will be dearly missed. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
